Journyx Timesheet is a web-based software solution that enables you to monitor all project costs. The costs are divided into 3 different administrations: time tracking, expenses and mileage. Each administration can be used separately or in conjunction with each other. It is also possible to start with one administration - time tracking, for example - and then begin using the others (expenses and/or mileage) later on. You can choose between a local installation (which runs on your own server) or 'Software-as-a-Service' (which runs on a Journyx-hosted server). Journyx Timesheet offers many valuable functionalites and is easy to implement. You can start simple and eventually incorporate new functionalities as you go.

This is a question only you can answer, however, to give you more insight in issues that can be solved by using Timesheet we provide you with a list of issues which you may recognize. If you don't recognize any issues or if your issues are not mentioned in the list, please don't hesitate to contact us so that we can discuss your situation more in depth to help you decide if Journyx Timesheet is the solution for you.

Possible issues:

• You don't have any (or too little) insight in the spending of your (project) budget, in time and/or expenses.
• It's hard to tell how much time is spent per project (per week, per month or any other period).
• The gathering of data (collecting the time data, chasing employees to get them to fill in their time, checking the entered data, the cumulation of data, making invoices etc.) takes up tons of time of the administrative departments.
• The administrative aspects of your current timetracking solution takes up a lot of time (for example entering new users, creating and closing projects and tasks) and isn't very user friendly.
• Entered data on the timesheets are not checked or too late, thus delaying periodic management reports or billing procedures.
• Your current timetracking solution is not very end-user friendly (it takes the end-user too much time or it allows wrong entered data too easily).
• You want to lessen the burden of your administrative departments who process the entered data (for example, you want to enable your end-users to see directly how many hours of leave remain, or you want to electronically handle the leave requests or you want to send automated e-mails in case people are late with submitting their sheets).
• You want to get much more information out of your timetracking system without having to wait on someone (consultant or developers) who needs to create it for you. You want to see information per employee, per project, per customer, per department, per office, per country or on whatever level you use in your organisation. You want to easily see the amount of billable and non-billable hours or the total amount of hours that people were sick, per month or per any period.
• You want to monitor more closely your internal processes (for example, how much time is lost due to computer or network malfunctions?) to see if there are any processes that can be made more efficient.
• You want to enable your users to enter their data from any place in the world as long as there is an internet connection (even when there is temporarily no internet connection Timesheet has a solution for you).
• You want to integrate your timetracking system with other systems you are using and you want to be able to make the integration yourself or be free to select any development company who can do this for you (of course Journyx can create the desired integrations for you as well!).
• You don't want to host your timetracking solution, let somebody else handle the installation of patches, upgrades, the availability and security of the connection to the application and the daily backups.

We will gladly help you decide if Journyx Timesheet is the solution for you. There are several possibilities you have to gain more information about our product:

• You can continue browsing this website. There is a page that gives you an overview of the functionality including screenshots, another page contains presentations files which you can review at a time when it's convenient for you.
• You can request a more personal presentation or discussion by using the e-mail form on the contact page or by giving us a call. We can set up a webmeeting where we can show you Journyx Timesheet and answer any questions you may have (you only need a pc with an internet connection and a telephone for the webmeeting).
• You can try out the 'Free SaaS') service of Journyx. This means you don't have to install anything, you will receive an e-mail with a hyperlink to your temporary environment. This link will be available to you for 30 days at no cost at all. The entered data can be saved and re-used if you decide to buy Journyx Timesheet so you don't have to start from scratch again.
• You can download the software and install it on one of your machines. We can supply you with a temporary key (only needed if you want to try it out for more than 10 licenses or want to have access to all the functionality of the payed version).
• You can request a login-id for our testserver in The Netherlands. You will receive an e-mail with 2 login-id's, one which logs on as an enduser into Timesheet (some example projects and tasks are shown), the other will logon as an Administrator, enabling you to see how it is set up or set things up yourself. The testserver is shared by other users and any entered data is lost whenever a 'clean' backup is restored. The testserver is purely meant to give you fast insight into Timesheet so that you decide if Timesheet may be a solution for you.
• You can purchase some basic training (how to set up the system, create users, project, tasks etc.) after which you have enough knowledge to know where to start and how to set things up according to your situation. This may greatly speed things up because you don't have to research everything yourself, a consultant will discuss with you the possible solutions and will teach you how to set it up so that you can focus on the important matter: actually seeing if Journyx Timesheet solves your issues!
